Youtube: There are a large number of tutorials on various aspects of using Ubuntu and other Linux distributions on Youtube http://www.youtube.com . Use the term Ubuntu 18.10 or whatever distribution you choose in the Youtube search window and you will probably find a large number of presentations on that software. To narrow the search add the word install or whatever topic you are particularly interested in. Many of these presentations are available in Spanish or French.
Specific Issues-- To find solutions to specific problems try searching the web with the name and number of the distribution and one or two key words --for example "Ubuntu 18.10 installation".
